Influencer marketing agency · London
Influence is earned, not bought.
Niarika is the agency that runs both sides of the deal — connecting brands with creators who actually fit, and representing creators worth backing. Curated by hand, never bought by the thousand.
The influencer industry is broken on both sides. Brands burn budget on creators who never fit the audience. Creators get pitched campaigns that ignore the work they have spent years making. The agencies in the middle take a cut and disappear.
A creator's audience is built on trust, not reach. The moment a partnership treats that audience as inventory to be bought in bulk, the trust thins — and with it the only thing that made the creator worth hiring. Most agencies bill creators as inventory. We don't, because they aren't. We optimise for the relationship that makes the next campaign possible, not the metric that is easiest to invoice.
Niarika is built to fix the middle. We are small on purpose. Every deal, I am personally accountable for — the match, the brief, the contract, the payment. I'd rather lose a deal than place a creator I wouldn't personally vouch for. That has cost me money, and it will keep costing me money. It is still the only way I know how to do this well.

We run both sides of the deal
You need creators who fit.
Most brands treat influence like a media buy — a spreadsheet of reach bought in bulk. We treat it like a match. Vetted shortlists, briefs creators want to make, contracts that protect both sides, and reporting that proves what worked.
Tell us what you're launchingYou deserve deals worth taking.
We represent creators who take the work seriously. Fewer, better partnerships — chosen so they don't burn the trust you've spent years earning. Briefs that respect you and your audience. Contracts that pay on time, in full.
Apply to be representedFive steps. The same every time.
So you always know exactly where a campaign stands — from the first call to the closing report.
-
01
Discovery
One 45-minute call. We map your audience, your brand line, and your no-go list. If we don't see a clear creator fit by the end of the call, we say so — before anyone has spent a thing.
-
02
Match
We shortlist five to eight creators. Never fifty. Database-dumps are how brands end up with bad fits and worse reads. Every shortlist is hand-curated and comes with our reasoning, not just follower counts.
-
03
Brief & contract
We write the brief. Creators get a real one — hook, beats, brand line, what they can ad-lib, what they can't. Contracts cover IP, exclusivity, usage rights, FTC and ASA disclosure, and payment terms. No surprises on either side.
-
04
Production & approval
Creators produce, you approve. Nothing goes live without sign-off, and revisions are scoped before production, not after. Two rounds is standard; we charge for round three.

05
Report
Inside seven days of campaign end: what ran, what it cost, what it returned. Real numbers, real context, no metric salad. If something underperformed, we say what we'd change.
Five things we won't compromise on.
-
01
An audience is not a media buy.
Influence is earned. Campaigns that respect the relationship outperform campaigns that treat it as inventory — because the audience can tell the difference, every time.
-
02
The brief is the deal.
A bad brief produces bad work, no matter how good the creator. We write briefs creators actually want to make — specific enough to protect the brand, open enough to keep the work theirs.
-
03
Disclosure is a feature, not a tax.
Audiences trust creators who tell the truth. We build campaigns that work with ASA and FTC rules from the first draft — declared partnerships convert better than ones that hide.
-
04
Match before scale.
Five right creators beat fifty wrong ones. Reach without fit is just noise you paid for. We curate by hand — we don't query a database and call it a strategy.
-
05
Pay on time, every time.
Creator payments are non-negotiable. Late payment is how agencies lose the creators worth keeping — and the repeat partnerships that make a campaign cheaper the second time round.
Building this in public.
We're a new agency, and this section is honest about it. The first three campaigns will appear here as they ship — brand, creator, brief, outcome. No vanity metrics, no recycled screenshots, no inflated numbers. When there is real work to show, it will be here.

Straight answers.
What size brands do you work with?
From funded start-ups running their first creator campaign to established brands scaling an ongoing programme. The common thread is intent — you want partnerships that perform, not just exist. Fit matters more than budget.
Which industries or niches?
We work across consumer categories rather than locking to one vertical. What we need is a clear product, a defined audience, and a goal a creator partnership can genuinely move. If creators are a sensible channel for you, we can help.
How do you take payment, and what's your cut?
A standard agency commission, set per deal and disclosed before anything is signed. No hidden margins, no surprise fees. You will always know exactly what Niarika earns on a campaign.
How long until a campaign is live?
Two to four weeks from the first call, in most cases. We aim faster. We don't promise it before we know who's involved. Discovery and matching move quickly; the timeline is mostly shaped by production and how fast sign-off happens on your side.
Do you work with creators who already have agents?
On the brand side, yes — if a creator we're matching is already represented, we work directly with their existing agent. For creators seeking our representation, we have an honest conversation first about whether moving actually makes sense for you.
Where are you based?
London, UK. We work with brands and creators globally — London is simply where the agency sits and where most conversations start.
