Privacy notice.
This page explains, in plain terms, what data Niarika collects, how it is stored, and how to ask for it to be removed. We keep this short because there is not much to it.
Who we are
Niarika is a sole-trader influencer marketing agency based in London, UK. The data controller is Abdurrahman Rechachi, trading as Niarika. For any privacy question, contact abdurrahman@niarika.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form on this site: your name, email address, the brand or creator handle you give, whether you are a brand, a creator, or other, an optional budget range, and your message. We do not collect anything else, and we do not buy or enrich your details from third parties.
How it is stored
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which forwards them to abdurrahman@niarika.com. Your message then sits in our email inbox so we can reply. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to carry on the conversation you started. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not run automated follow-up sequences.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics at present. Because there is no tracking, there is no consent banner — which is the correct position under UK law when no non-essential cookies are used. If we add privacy-respecting analytics later, we will update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, email abdurrahman@niarika.com and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the date below will change with it.
